FAQS
FreedomPath Insurance Solutions offers a wide range of insurance products including Medicare Advantage plans, life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
Choosing the right insurance plan depends on your individual needs and circumstances. We recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our knowledgeable agents who can help you assess your options and find a plan that best fits your requirements.
Medicare Advantage, also known as Part C, is an alternative to Original Medicare (Parts A and B) that offers additional benefits such as prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, and wellness programs. These plans are offered by private insurance companies approved by Medicare.
You can enroll in Medicare during your Initial Enrollment Period, which starts three months before you turn 65 and lasts for seven months. There are also other enrollment periods, such as the General Enrollment Period and Special Enrollment Periods, depending on your situation.
Part A: Hospital insurance that covers inpatient care, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Part B: Medical insurance that covers outpatient care, doctor visits, preventive services, and some home health care. Part C: Medicare Advantage plans that combine Parts A and B and often include additional benefits like prescription drug coverage. Part D: Prescription drug coverage that helps cover the cost of medications.
To avoid late enrollment penalties, make sure you enroll in Medicare during your Initial Enrollment Period. If you miss this period, enrolling during the General Enrollment Period or a Special Enrollment Period can help you avoid penalties.
Term Life Insurance: Provides coverage for a specified term (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 years). If the policyholder passes away during this term, beneficiaries receive the death benefit. It is typically more affordable but does not build cash value.Whole Life Insurance: Provides lifelong coverage and includes a savings component that builds cash value over time. It is more expensive than term life insurance but offers more benefits.
